Liz Rourke has a comprehensive background in public relations, sales, business, training and education. Liz is a majority owner of the Keller Williams Realty franchise in Coppell, Texas, and is the sponsoring Broker.
Liz joined Keller Williams in February 2000 as a new agent in the Flower Mound office and has experienced much success. In 2004 and 2005, she was recognized as the #2 Top Producing Agent in the Flower Mound office. Before that, she was recognized as Top Listing Agent, Top Closed Volume and Top Written Volume. In March 2004, she was honored in Texas Monthly as one of the top realtors in Texas. She consistently ranked in the top 15 in production in the Flower Mound office with more than 218 agents at that time. Liz served on the Associate Leadership Council in the office representing her fellow agents. Liz enjoyed spending a year, from August 2006 until August 2007, in the mountains of Colorado opening a Keller Williams Realty Business Center in Frisco, CO, and assisting in the Vail Market Center. Liz became the majority owner of the Keller Williams Realty in Coppell after moving back to Texas in 2007 and enjoys helping agents be successful as a Productivity Coach. She is a member of United Methodist Church of Coppell and has lived in the Metroplex most of her life. Liz remarried after being a widow for a long time, and has one married daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren, and five grown step-children.
