Maria DiPoce has been in the real estate industry for the past 12 years. She started as an investor and then moved on to being a traditional real estate agent. She has a background in network marketing and is the driver and visionary of this office. Since she was hired on in March of 2017 the office has grown 33% in agent count, 13% in volume and 9.9% in units sold. She is passionate about helping people follow their dreams and achieve their goals.

Liz Rourke, Owner and Broker

Liz Rourke started her real estate career in 2000 and has a comprehensive background in public relations, sales, business, training and education. Liz is an owner and the Designated Broker of Keller Williams DFW Preferred, located in Coppell, Texas. Liz helps to provide agents the daily support needed to ensure their protection and success and that of their clients as it relates to contracts and compliance.


Cassie Weisman, Market Center Administrator

Cassie Weisman is beginning her second year as MCA of KW DFW Preferred. She handles all agent payments, billing, bookkeeping, and general office management duties. Cassie holds a degree in real estate from the University of North Texas and has been in the industry for eleven years. She has been a licensed agent in both Texas and Georgia before taking on this administrative role.


Nikki Rae Sfikus, Director of Agent Services

Nikki Sfikas joined Keller Williams two years ago after managing multi-family properties for many years. Nikki is the Director of Agent Services for Keller Williams DFW Preferred, located in Coppell, Texas. Nikki facilitates new agent intake, orientation and helps agents acclimate to the KW systems and tools. She supports our agents and their business at a high level and connects them with the tools and resources critical to their success.


Helen Karuba, Productivity Coach

After selling real estate in the DFW area for 25 years, Helen is going into her second year at the market center coaching agents in building a real estate career and business worth owning to have a life worth living. Her coaching program includes goal setting, multiple training classes, group coaching and one on one sessions. Her goal is to get every new agent into production within 90 days, and take veteran agents to new levels of production and financial achievement.
